Five specimen notes all issued in 2002 from $2 to $50. The $100 denomination was not introduced in this series until 2007. This set is all printed with the portrait of Queen Elizabeth the Second on the front despite the island nation became a republic in 1987. This is the 23rd portrait used and the same portrait also appeared on other banknotes issued by Gibraltar, Guernsey, Bermuda and The Bahamas (modified). This portrait of the Queen was taken by Terry O'Neill in 1992 when her majesty was 66 years old.
