I believe this is the only note printed with the year date of (nd)2019. This is the Parliament series first introduced in 2010 as a commemorative note. In 2016, this series was then resized and this is the reprint of the 2016 issue.
 
The designs for this note (front and back) are similar to those issued previously.
 
Five Kina
National Parliament House
 
Front - National Parliament House and Coat of Arms. The National Parliament House was built in 1964 and was officially opened in 1984 by Prince Charles.

Back - On the back, it features traditional currencies like a Hombuli Mask, Kina shell and necklace.
