Footnote: the vertical two uncut sheet was released at the Numismatic Association of Australia's International Coin/Banknote fair in Adelaide on 5/6 September 1992. Issue Price was $32.50 and was released with a large folder. I also have the horizontal pair (4,000 issued), but unable to scan the note as my scanner can not cover the entire note (too long to scan).
The horizontal pair was released during the International Coin/Banknote Fair in Melbourne on 11/12 July 1992.
